Job Description
-
Removes dirty dishes, flatware, and glassware from guest tables and transfers them from the dining room to the dish area
-
Cleans and sanitizes guest tables between visits
-
Restocks condiments as needed
-
Disposes of trash
-
Assists in the service flow throughout the restaurant
-
Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
-
Assists in overall restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
-
May complete other tasks such as refilling beverages, running food, etc.

Complete other job duties as assigned by the Manager or KM
-
Weekend, evening, holiday work is required.
Requirements

Reading, writing and verbal communication skills require

Ability to remain calm and outgoing under pressure

Attention to detail

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Be able to find or have a reliable source of transportation
